Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of purchase. All items are returned at your own cost and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

To receive a full refund, items must be returned in “like-new” condition with all original labels and directions. If a returned item needs cleaning or re-labeling, items may be subject to additional cleaning and processing fees up to 25% of the original purchase price or may be returned to the customer with no refund.

Exchanges

You can return any item for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. All items are exchanged at your own cost and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once your exchange has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an expected delivery date.

Warranty

Lifetime Warranty.

Customers will also receive a shipping cost refund for returning the defective item up to the shipping cost of delivering the item.

This lifetime warranty only covers defects and malfunctions and does not cover damage caused by chewing, scratching or product mishandling.
